Fixed Prosthetics

Mid-Cape Dental Laboratory has developed CAD/CAM processes to ensure precision in conventional restorations such as full-cast crowns, temporaries and PFM. From wax-ups to temporaries, every crown and bridge case is fabricated to seat quickly with minimal adjustment.

Screw Retained Crowns

Excess subgingival cementation is the most common cause of implant failure, and screw-retained crowns eliminate that risk. Fully retrievable for maintenance and cleaning, screw-retained crowns provide an alternative to traditionally cemented prostheses. Fully compatible with most major manufacturers’ implants, we fabricate screw-retained crowns on a custom basis for each patient.

Full Cast Crown

The most highly biocompatible restorative option available, full-cast crowns are also forgiving on opposing dentition, making them an option for bruxing patients.

Full Contour Zirconia

Fabricated from a monolithic block of biocompatible zirconia. Crafted using the finest in CAD/CAM technology for the most precise fit available, Our Zirconia crowns are gentle on opposing dentition and easily adjustable chairside.

IPS EMAX

This product features high esthetics with high strength, including a 500 MPa biaxial flexural strength. Because of these proven strength values, Ivoclar Vivadent is now recommending as little as 1.0mm material thickness for IPS e.max minimally invasive restorations when adhesively cemented.

PMMA Temporary

We produce our PMMA temporaries from the same STL files used to fabricate your patient’s final crown, providing patients an affordable provisional that mimics the occlusion and fit of the permanent crown.
